Density and Diversity Done Well Competition Entry by Biscoe Wilson Architects

Density and Diversity Competition

Located in a typical suburban subdivision in South-East Queensland, the biscoe Wilson | architect’s Greenway proposal for the Density and Dwelling Competition re-invents the concept of interlocking green spaces while increasing urban density. The Greenway concept provides a diverse mix of housing types in a low to mid rise solution. Pocketgardens and green roofs extend the living spaces of residents and provide community spaces. Fonzie flats above community sheds and home office/shopfonts are integrated with apartments of varying sizes, designed to suit people with different abilities and ages.
