Biscoe Wilson Architects designed a high rise tower for the International City Church on their existing Ann Street site. This 16-storey design features 4 levels of underground carpark, a restaurant, an auditorium for 1,000 people free from internal columns, 7 storeys of office spaces, and crowned with 4 storeys of apartments. The building is punctured rhythmically with voids that allow for green-space courtyards and natural lighting.
