Biscoe Wilson Architects prepared masterplanning documentation to assist AV Jennings with a development application for the medium-high density 40Ha residential development west of Caloundra.
Masterplan options for two – five storey housing models were prepared in conjunction with Land Partners. Two-storey “Skip-Stop” apartment options and “Fonzi Flat” options were developed to demonstrate alternative housing models. Laneway designs were investigated for the terrace housing.
Adjacent to Meridan State College, the Meridan Plains site in close proximity to a future rail link. The local council is encouraging higher densities on the section of the site closest to these facilities.
