Seaforth at Manly

Biscoe Wilson Architects composed the master plan for a new townhouse development in Seaforth, Manly. The 72 properties are arranged around a private loop, with central landscaped shared spaces. Each house gradually steps down the site’s east-west slope.

Biscoe Wilson Architects also designed the individual attached and detached houses for the project that reflect the sub-tropical climate. The gentle slope and varied house types provide an attractive and diverse streetscape.
