Biscoe Wilson Architects were commissioned to design and build a new family home on a relatively steep, small lot with striking city views. The design maximises the floor area, allowing for separate entertaining and living areas for upstairs and downstairs, and an informal entertainment area. This Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) provides a compact living solution with desirable northern light.
