Biscoe Wilson have extensive experience working on Social Housing projects and achieving the required accessible design. Often, our client is the Queensland Department of Housing, who provide housing solutions for a variety of people, including people with disabilities.
Our practice has also been engaged to undertake feasibility studies for sites presented by private developers. The sites are assessed for master plan suitability for Department of Housing.
